How to Make a Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Hello everyone, I'm here to post a recipe I found on the internet. The recipe is a 'step-by step' on how to make a grilled cheese sandwich, the reason why I've post this, is because I think it will help some of my follower (If there is any) to make a delicious snack, lunch at home or bring to work.
Ingredients:
- Your bread of choice (sliced)
- Your cheese of choice (sliced)
- Butter (melted)
- Other sandwich fillings (optional)
Instructions:
- Start warming your pan on medium low.
- With a pastry brush start painting one side of the sliced of bread with melted bread.
- Put this slice into your pan butter side down.
- Quickly assemble your sliced cheese pieces (and any other fillings) onto the bread.
- Top with other piece of bread and paint it with melted butter.
- cover the pan with a lid (doesn't have to be air tight) to generate more heat to melt the cheese.
- Cook for about 2 minutes (if you're worried the bread will burn, you can check the bottom to make sure it's not burning) until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. A medium low heat should prevent burning.
- Flip and cook on the other side for no more than a minute until the other bread pieces is also golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve.
And that how you make a Grilled cheese sandwich. I know this recipe is done by someone else but I have a good reason why I kind of copy paste the text from the original guy who compose this recipe, so, please, don't start calling me name. Okay, see you soon.
